Here’s something for you to consider when you think about how your life can change when you accept and make real for yourself the Speed Seduction® Credo: “When I don’t know what to do, I take a bold step forward.”

A student of mine made this comment:

“Many guys think (and a number of teachers advocate) that you have to get in these powerful, confident, upbeat states to sarge properly. That’s fine, in the right context, once you’ve developed some skill. But I think it’s more useful to just work on being ok with not knowing how things will turn out. Just having a relaxed frame of mind that say, “I’m just gonna give this a go and however things turn out is ok.”

Now: combine the power of what he just said, with this:

Holding space for the other person to have whatever initial response they have.

Walking through the world being ok with not knowing how things will turn out is VERY attractive. It’s a kind of acceptance of yourself and of life that so many people long to have, and it’s not based on any circumstances (that might change) or skill level (that might have to be built up first).

Combine that with having NO expectations that the other person respond positively to your approach, give them FULL permission to have whatever response, at first, that they have.

Let’s do the math.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF LIFE, THE UNKNOWN, AND YOURSELF = 100 points of attractiveness

YOUR ACCEPTING AND BEING OK WITH WHATEVER FIRST RESPONSE THEY HAVE = 100 points of attractiveness.

Now, these two don’t add. THEY MULTIPLY.

That gives you…

10,000 points of attractiveness.

I can’t put this adequately into words, but there is just something there in that magic of the two combined. It opens gateways of possibility that multiply.

Stepping into the unknown and being willing to do it, without “steeling yourself” is very, VERY powerful. That willingness (as opposed to “will”) is very charismatic and attractive.

Offering people RADICAL (meaning, “down to the root”) acceptance of their first response, not requiring or expecting their support of your new moves is very, very unexpected and very attractive.

It just makes things possible on so many levels.

Add in then being able to notice what you need to notice to LEAD THEM SOMEWHERE BETTER THAN THEIR FIRST RESPONSE and the skill to lead them there…

(Multiply initial attractiveness x 10) =

100,000 points of attractiveness.

I’ll take that out of the gate.

During those times, try out this simple mantra:

My skills. My results. My satisfaction. My world. Mine.

Repeat it over and over, out loud, until it sinks in: you are doing and being and creating the world with women that you choose, you select and you create.

When you get girlies in your bed using this stuff, it is not a fluke. It’s the reaping of the harvest you sewed with your skills and your practice.

Dear Speed Seduction® Student,

From time to time, I will hear from a Speed Seduction® student who is in a slump. He’s had a lot of success with women, and usually has no problem overcoming his fears, confidently approaching women, and using my teachings to get them dripping wet with desire.

But, sometimes guys get down in the dumps and into a slump. Hell, Babe Ruth, The “Sultan of Swat,” got into a slump now and then. This doesn’t mean you’ve somehow regressed into an Average Frustrated Chump (AFC). You’re just in a slump. The solution is not as simple as “just step back up to the plate and take another swing” – but it might not be as complex as you think.

Stay with me while we explore…

…What Causes Seduction Slumps?

Slumps could be due to many different factors:

1. Your physiology is worn out or tired. If the body isn’t getting what it needs, the mind is going to go, and your abilities along with it. Have you noticed changes in your eating/work/sleep/exercise pattern?
2. Presence of sudden environmental stress. When I lose people close to me, my sarging ability can go strongly into the toilet for 6 weeks or more.
3. Presence of a nasty, “suppressive person”. If there is suddenly someone in your environment who is hateful and suppressive, it could be effecting your overall emotional/mental state in a negative, anti-sargy way.
4. Unconscious internal conflict. Maybe you unconsciously think being with lots of women is nasty or bad, or doesn’t fit “who you are”. Or your values are shifting and you want more emotional closeness or support.
5. Sloppy seduction fundamentals. You are not practicing with discipline; leaving things out or doing the wrong things or too much or too little. Review your actions with women and see what you come up with.

Do any of the above apply to you?

The answers to those questions need to come from within you. And any of the causes I mentioned above can be impacted by the state of your inner game.

If your “inner game” is not hitting it out of the ballpark, your “outer game” – the one that women see when you Sarge, or even when you go through your daily life – will strike out too. It’s a good place to start.

Dear Speed Seduction® Student,

Not too long ago, I was a guest speaker at an event hosted by a fellow seduction guru. I seldom do this, but you wouldn’t believe how many of these guys are secret fans of mine, and anyway, this guy made me pretty famous again in his book.

I started my talk by asking a question, which was this:

“By a show hands, how many here find themselves dwelling over and over again on mistakes they make with women? Situations that just haven’t or don’t work out?”

Would you believe that every single person in the room – there were over 150 smart guys there- raised their hand. Every one.

So I picked a guy out of the audience.

“Let me ask you this,” I said. “How many times would you guess you’ve run these failures in your head over the past 6 months? Just a rough guess.”

Now, do you think it was less than 100? You would be wrong.

Do you think it was less than 1,000? Guess again.

No, this otherwise seemingly together guy, who looked on the surface like he’d be a master of this stuff, had run these failure scenarios in his mind over 5,000 times!

Now, here we have this guy who really wants to change with women. He really wants success and satisfaction. But this same guy is repeating in his mind, over and over, what he did wrong, feeling all the bad feelings he felt at the time, seeing himself doing and responding the same useless things in the same way.

So given that he is doing all this, (and doing it mostly outside of his conscious awareness) is it any friggin’ wonder that his brain, given such repeated instructions…

….Keeps Him Repeating His Same Mistakes Over And Over And Over Again?

Is any of this sounding familiar to you?

I bet it is. I bet it is. I bet it is.

Now, was this guy some sort of self-hating, self-sabotager who is “afraid of success” or suffers from “low self-esteem”?

It’s unlikely. After teaching thousands of guys to succeed with women over 20 years, I’m convinced guys want to succeed, big time, when it comes to desirable women.

What’s actually going on is that he’d been dwelling on his mistakes in an effort to learn from them and correct them.

But the way he in which he was trying to learn from his mistakes it-and likely the way you are too-was just reprogramming the mistakes back in.

That is why it is not enough to positively program yourself for success. You must also come up with an efficient way to notice what you are doing incorrectly, without re-programming your errors back in.

The key to this is to create what I call a “self-review/optimum learning state”.

In this state, you are looking at what you did from a relaxed, calm, alert state. And most importantly, you are looking at your mistakes through a set of positive beliefs and filters, so you can extract maximum information, learn what you need to, then move on.
