Dear Speed Seduction® Student,

Let’s talk about using physical body movement and gestures to paw your way out of the Friend Zone.

Before we begin, so you know: this is kind of counter-intuitive.

Note also: there are different kinds of friend zones.  This does not apply to women you used to f@@k but are no longer f@@king. This is for women who you’ve always been caught in the friend zone with.

In the latter case – if you’ve always been caught in the friend zone with her – there are a few things you can do.

First, allow there to be awkward silences. Keep eye contact and let her look away.

Second, be 10% more aggressive with your touching. If you’re going somewhere, hold her under the arm and pull just 10% to 20% more aggressively than you normally would. Show a little bit more aggression.

Lean into her and relax your body against hers, and see how she responds to it. If you go to hug her, relax your body against hers.

Just gently, for a few seconds, rub the small of her back, and then pull away.

Third, just be a little more volitional. When you’re with her, put your attention in your feet when you talk to her. You’ll just be present in a different way.

This next one is quite interesting…

Get Her Thinking About It

Every once in a while, if you want to and if it can work, you can also say, “Hey, I hooked up with this girl. Oh god, I don’t want to tell you what we did. Don’t even think about it.” If you see her access it, anchor it.

You could try it over the phone. Say, “I hooked up with this girl. I don’t think I’ve ever been that crazy before. Never mind. Don’t even think about it.”  Then if you see her access it, watch and she how she accesses it.  Then you can grab hold of it.  Do you understand?

These are just some counter-intuitive things to help you get out of the friend zone.

Of course, I don’t recommend you get in the friend zone in the first place.

Dear Speed Seduction® Student,

Let’s say you’re already in conversation with a woman you’ve been introduced to in another context – business associate, mutual friend at a party, etc.?

You’re already in the conversation so you don’t need an opener – but how can you transition the conversation to something more Sargy?  What material do you use?

Two things, first and foremost.

First of all, a lot of it has to do with what attitude you want to take. How do you prepare for those events and scenarios? What do you do with your state and voice to rehearse before you go to those events so you’re ready when you walk in the door?

Second, by “material”, hear this: it’s not just about what’s memorized. It’s about understanding how women work. 

In those situations, you can certainly use a sense of humor. What I would do is make a little bit of small talk. Then suddenly look at her and say, “Are you a roller, folder or thrower?” Play a little game with her and/or get curious about her.

You can still get curious about people and ask questions. Ask, “If you could go somewhere where no one knew who you were and nothing you did would get back to anyone who did know you, what kinds of things do you think you’d love to try?”  

Speed Seduction® gives you plenty of games you can try. You can still be playful or do a quiz. You just don’t have to do the introductory lines. Skip that and go into a game or quiz, like Snack Quiz or Twin Brothers.

Do you understand?  You just skip the opener.

This is so important.

Whether you use the opener or not, it’s all about the principles of the opener – displaying emotional variety and being powerful, vulnerable, funny and understanding. That’s what matters.

You can certainly apply that in a conversation, whether you do it in an opener or not.

Let’s talk about younger women.

For a lot of guys who want to succeed with younger women, a lot of stuff goes on in their head…

“She’s too young.”  “You’re too old.”  “How could you have anything in common?”  “May-December romances never work.”  “Shouldn’t you be focused on ‘age-appropriate’ women?”

Up until the moment, maybe you thought it couldn’t be done, that it’s impossible to enjoy the attention and company of a younger woman.   Social programming played a role too (“you dirty old man”).

Some guys take the opposite and equally debilitating approach – the need to succeed with every one of them.

To successfully approach and seduce younger women requires that you do a few things differently.  

First of all, don’t compliment her on her looks. In other words, don’t approach a younger woman with, “Oh my God. You’re really beautiful.”

DO be intriguing. The key is to intrigue and fascinate her. With a younger woman, the first step toward getting her body turned on is to get her curious and intrigued. It’s rare that she’ll get her body turned on and be aware of being aroused in her body the first time you talk to her.  It’s faster and easier to intrigue her.

Remember: this is SPEED Seduction®.  Once you have her intrigued, leaning forward and really curious about the interaction, then start sexualizing.

Keep it outside of the dating framework. Don’t say, “I’d like to take you out.” Instead try, “Let’s hang out. I don’t have a lot of time, but I have a little bit of a window here. Let’s hang out and I’ll show you some cool things about how things work in your mind.” Or something along those lines.

Create a space for yourself where you’re totally, absolutely, fundamentally and deeply okay with the fact it’s just not going to get anywhere with 4 out of 5 younger women.  But that’s fine. No older guy would get anywhere with them.  It’s not you.

You must understand: your numbers won’t necessarily be as good. I guesstimate about 20% to 25% of young women are seriously open to an older guy. Here’s the thing, though: when she’s open, she’s REALLY open.

You Have To Know Who Your “Market” Is

Your market (so to speak) is a younger woman who’s really adventurous and already into her body. She knows there’s a lot more she’s missing about what she could experience, and a guy her age isn’t going to give it to her.

She’s unconventional in her thinking. She’s willing to think for herself and likes to be challenged. At the same time, she’s not a flake.  She’s honorable and shows up.

It’s sort of like mining for gold or diamonds. When you find her, she’s wonderful.

Is it worth the work? Absolutely.

Dear Speed Seduction@ Student,

Generally, I don’t teach affirmations the way others usually teach them.

Usually they’re taught by in the first-person, such as, “I am confident. I am powerful.” I don’t like that.

When I do teach affirmations, and I don’t really teach them that much, I teach you to say “you.”

“You are aggressive, direct and powerful with the women you desire.”

“You radiate with confidence, self-control and charm that women find irresistibly attractive.”

This is known as the “I-You Shift.”

How Can “You” Do Better Than “I”?

I prefer to use “you” because it bypasses the conscious mind. It’s like you’re addressing another part of yourself.

Really, what we‟re doing here is terraforming the psyche, remaking your internal landscape.

Terraforming is a concept introduced in science fiction back in the 1950s. The idea is that eventually, with sufficient technology, we could take a planet like Mars that’s hostile to life and change the atmospheric conditions such that we produce an Earth-like planet. They call it terraforming.

In a sense, with affirmations like R.A.B.B.I.T.P., we’re sort of Sargy-forming your psyche with one affirmation because it’s so comprehensive and includes so many different aspects of what you need to shift and add to.

And that’s the thing.  We’re not just doing these things. We’re telling our mind what it’s going to bring to us, so it sets the vision.

The vision, in turn, powers our desire to practice.

Practice leads to mastery.

Along the way, look forward to ever-increasing amounts of meeting women, getting laid, spending time with higher quality women you really want to be with, and experiencing more of what you truly want out of life – both with women, and in general.

In our Coaching Program as well as in some of our courses, I teach a special affirmation (one of the very few I teach) called “R.A.B.B.I.T.P.”

R.A.B.B.I.T.P. stands for:  Responses, Attitudes, Behaviors, Beliefs, Insights, Timing and Practices. That P at the end is so important. It gives the power to the rest of it.

RESPONSES:  From time to time, you’re going to need to generate responses to what women do. It’s not always the case that you’re going to be proactive. Sometimes you have to be reactive, to respond, to what they do.

ATTITUDES:  I’ve shared many of those with you in the past. What this does is summarize them all into one big folder so you don’t have to repeat the individual ones.

BEHAVIORS:  This is addressing the level of action. You’ll notice in behaviors that they go back and forth between addressing an internal quality and an action in the world that’s influenced by that quality.  We have to master the right behaviors.

BELIEFS:  Beliefs are very powerful. Beliefs can open or close access to skill, awareness and information, and levels and flows of energy.

INSIGHTS:  Sometimes we’re going to need to evaluate women, either immediately in the field or when we‟re away from them and get the right set of instructions, so to speak, on how to handle them. We need to be able to master the insights to size up who we’re dealing with and what to apply, when and how.

TIMING:  We know that speed matters. It’s Speed Seduction®. It’s done quickly. There is tremendous momentum and power in speed.  We don’t want to rush. We want to be quick. As the great basketball coach for UCLA, John Wooden, said, “Be quick, but don‟t hurry.”

PRACTICE:  This is the key. By adding in practices, this affirmation sets the direction that you will go out into the world and do things. It‟s very important. It creates movement towards the field, the real world, rather than just sitting on your ass, which is one of the reasons I like this.

Here is the entire affirmation, usually done with an anchoring technique involving pressing my thumb and forefinger together with varying pressure, to set the anchor:

“You’re mastering the responses, attitudes, beliefs, behaviors, insights, timing and practices that are bringing you wonderful sexual, physical and emotional total satisfaction and pleasure with the most desirable women who delight and please you in every way.”
