One of the unique elements of Speed Seduction(R) is my constant attention to how our social programming is designed to keep us stuck, stupid and scrambling around when it comes to enjoy the success and sexual satisfaction with women that we are all truly desiring.

You see, to have success in a challenging area of life, it isn’t enough to have a good “play book”. You also have to free your mind from the assumptions that limit how you see your possibilities.

To use a metaphor, if you can’t see the opening, you won’t be able to throw the ball into the hoop.

One of the things that makes your Seduction Language work well is your state.  If you are in a relaxed, alert, grounded state, with a fun and playful attitude, you will open up the receptivity of women and they will be in a place of wanting to respond.

In classical hypnosis, a big part of the study of the art is not just what you say, but creating response potential.

Now there are many things that create response potential and receptivity to being seduced.  But for the purposes of this lecture, I want to cover just one of them: YOUR STATE.

“State” Defined

I define state as a combination of:

1. Your physiology.  Meaning how you are breathing, the state of tension or relaxation in your musculature, your posture, your movement, your overall sense of alertness(example: being well rested and well fed as opposed to hungry and tired).

2. The direction of your attention.  Are you focused inward, on your internal dialog? Or are you focused outward, paying attention to the situation and the woman in front of you?

3. Your beliefs about what is possible. If you believe that you are going to fail no matter what you do, or that all women are just bitches and nothing will work then you are going to block yourself. If you believe that it’s possible that you can get much better results and that women are open to being seduced, you will naturally be in a more able place.

4. Your attitude.  This is similar to your beliefs but a bit different. Attitude is basically the meaning frame you put around what you are doing. If your meaning is, “I’ve got to make this work” or “This had better work” it is going to tighten you up and screw up what you put out.  A better attitude is to create a fun learning frame: “Let’s go have some fun and see what I can do in the world with this person”.

5. Your vibe. For lack of a better definition, I’ll define vibe as the overall “atmosphere” of emotion-based feeling you feel in your body, that in turn creates an “atmosphere” of feeling that the woman you are with will feel.

Changing Physiology

When students come to me for private coaching or are in seminar, I look to see what is the one element that can best get real change and leverage for them.

While I can help with each of the 5 elements above, often times it is a simple change in physiology that helps most.

Here’s The Formula

Improve breathing—->improve physiology—->improve state——>increase and improve a woman’s desire to be seduced and receptivity to your seduction language.

So here is a little assignment for you to assist you in creating a better physiology, which will in turn lead to a better state, which in turn will lead to women being more receptive to your seductive language.

1. Stand up.

2. Put your hand on your chest.

3. Inhale so that your chest pushes your hand outward.

4. Exhale so your hand moves inward with your chest.

5. Repeat 10 times.

Now we are going to switch breathing deeply into the belly

1. Remain standing.

2. Put your hand on your lower belly, between your belly button and your pubic area.

3. Inhale while pushing your belly out so your hand moves outward.  See if you can keep your belly soft while you do this. Don’t tighten the muscles.  Breathe into a soft belly.

4. Exhale by pulling your belly inward so your hand moves inward.

5. Repeat 10 times.

By learning to breathe into your belly you will create a more calm, centered, focused state.

Dear Speed Seducers,

One of the things that never ceases to amuse me is how women attempt to exert control that they don’t even really want.

Too often, as budding master seducers, we take women’s attempts to control us at face value and winding up blocking our own cocks.

Example: you are making out and she stops you saying, “I want this to happen slowly”.

Immediately, you take this as meaning that she ought to be the one to control the speed at which things happen and that the speed at which things happen is what it is all about.

I am firmly convinced that, in these situations, women do NOT want “control”.  They want us to understand their true emotional need, in that moment, and to take control based on our understanding of that need.

Now, in the example I cited, the actual emotional need could amount to lots of things:

1. Instinctively, she knows that in order to get fully turned on, she needs some “stop/start”. It’s not about going “slowly” but going with “pauses in the action” so she can feel sufficiently turned on to truly want to fuck you.
2. She is feeling very turned on and suddenly remembering past times when she fucked a guy right away and he ran for the hills.
3. She can’t wait for you to rip off her panties and fuck her then and there.  But she doesn’t want to appear slutty. (This is the well know “ASD” or Anti-Slut Defense)
4. She’s got some genuine issues with physical intimacy, including possibly packing some diseases for which medical science has no current cure.

My point being this: women seldom really even know what they truly want, and even more rarely are they able and willing to clearly express it.

So my rules are:

1. Almost never take a woman’s statements at face value.
2. Always ask yourself, “What’s the real emotional need she’s expressing?” And “how can I address this AND keep my intent intact?”
3. Even if you modify your behavior-what you do in that moment – NEVER let a woman shift your intent to something non-sexual, unless you believe in your heart of hearts and balls of balls, that being sexual with her will truly result in harm to either her and/or yourself.
